Can you take ongoing work as well as a one-off job?
Yes. A single repair, a planned project, or ongoing on-call maintenance are all welcome. Choose one-off or ongoing on the form. If you need a mix, say so in the project details and the quote can cover that scope.
Do you work with strata councils and property managers?
Yes. We work with council members, property managers, building owners, and business owners. Quotes and updates are written so the people who look after the property can share them.
How do access and scheduling work?
Tell us about keys, fobs, quiet hours, and anyone who needs to approve a visit. If we need to see the property before quoting, we set a time with the council, the manager, or the site contact.
Can you send an insurance certificate?
Yes. We are fully insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance on request.
Do photos help with the quote?
Yes. A wide shot of the area and a close-up of the work make it easier to understand the job. Photos are optional, and we can still prepare an estimate after a visit.
